Do you live in an old house? Have you ever wondered who else may have lived in the house? This is becoming and interesting line of research, if you have the time and the skills to do so.

With my experience in genealogy, and my research skills and contacts, I can help you find out the history of your house or property. I offer three house detective packages, and can offer a bespoke service if needed.

Your house history

I offer three house history packages, as follows:

The Bronze House Detective Package™

Researching the history of your property back to approx. 1900.

Providing you with maps (approx 5), an aerial photo, narrative history, copies of title deeds and land registry information (up to 3, where applicable).

The Bronze Package is priced at £650

The Silver House Detective Package™

Researching the history of your property back to approx. 1800.

Providing you with maps (approx. 10), a modern aerial photo (and if available, an early photo), narrative history, copies of title deeds, land registry information (up to 6, if available) and manorial documents, etc (where applicable).

The Silver Package is priced at £1,400

The Gold House Detective Package™

Researching the history of your property back to approx. 1700.

Providing you with maps (approx 15), a modern aerial photo (plus an early one if available), narrative history, copies of title deeds, land registry information, manorial documents, etc (up to 9 documents, where applicable) and a hardback book.

The Gold Package is priced at £3,250

The Bespoke House Detective Service

I offer a bespoke service to help you find information about your property. Being bespoke, this service is priced at an hourly rate of £100 excluding expenses and VAT. All this is co-ordinated with you to ensure you maximise your budget and satisfaction.
